After teaching from Ecclesiastes and preaching from 1 Peter 1:17-21 tomorrow at Monmouth Church of Christ, I will enjoy a delicious Father's Day meal from Rachel and the children, and then I'm off to Princeton for this year's Karl Barth Conference at PTS. If you are there and see me, a lonely pastor and student, please say hello. I look forward to hearing wonderful discussions on an important and thoughtful theme this year: Karl Barth, the Jews, and Judaism. Here's a PDF of the schedule. I'll be staying at the Erdman Center through Wednesday.
